All prints are printed on fine art archival cotton paper, and are packaged with care to ensure there are no creases or damage. If you are not 100% satisfied with your print, please let us know as soon as possible and we will send you a replacement if needed.

Originals

We cannot guarantee that the original drawing you buy will be in ‘perfect condition’ and will often has small imperfections such as ink blots, smudges or small tears. There might also be a surprise sketch on the back! We believe these details add to the charm of owning an original drawing but we will try to be transparent about all blemishes on each listing.

The last time I posted this I really felt this mood, so I didn’t share any process photos so thought I’d share it again! I have got in the habit of drawing illustrations in sections, then collaging them together. This means I can experiment a bit more with different techniques and layouts, but it’s also great on the days where I’m really indecisive or self deprecating and I’m worried about ruining a certain section… Anyway, I love how this one turned out! The beautiful @daniellemarcan was drawn in graphite, and I tried to keep the skin texture quite soft and delicate to contrast with the crisp lines of the nails and jewellery. VERSACE . . . My final illustration for the @drawadot @versace open call. #l Spent a lot of time faffing with edits on this one, sometimes the vision you have from the start doesn’t play out how you wanted so experimenting with different effects and layers is the only option! I still love the original sketch (last photo) ❤️ . . . I drew on scraps of paper and old drawings, using different illustration techniques, to collage the final piece. Some of the paper happened to be a coated printer paper that rejected the pencil and pen I tried to use, which gave it an accidentally cool effect! .
